OMG OMG OMG Leinart is starting today

I agree, the Cardinals would have won if Warner played. They would have had at least an additional 100 yards passing against a horrid pass defense that is the Titans.

well we will have to agree to disagree I think if Warner played it would of been about the same and maybe been alot like when they played the panthers when the defense struggles Warner usually trys to force stuff and ends up with alot of picks.

Titans pass defense: 31st in the league (271.7 yards/game, 25:11 TD:INT)

Warner on the road: 5 games, 116.6 rating, 73.4 completion percentage, 12:2 TD:INT, 5-0 record

Just sayin'.

But it also could have been like the Patriots/Titans game where Brady tore up the secondary in just 2 quarters of play. This is a defense that has given up over 3100 passing yards (almost 200 yards more than the second worse team), 25 passing touchdowns (6 more than the second worse team), and 151 passing first downs (7 more than the second worse team.) All around, the Titans pass defense is horrible, and the Cardinals are the top passing team in the NFC with Warner, as far as yards go.

Edit: I should note that the defensive stats are based on AFC teams only. And the NFL site keeps changing the stats on me. They gave up over 2900 yards (almost 100 more than the second worst), but the tds and first downs are still the same.

Might of also helped Leinart if he would of had any first team snaps this week. Warner took them all then decided this morning he could not play. Or if Levi brown could block that would of helped to :)

I'm just going to point out that some of the reason for the awful pass defense stats was having the secondary ripped apart by injuries and having a bunch of rooks playing against Manning and Brady. Just saying.....

Regardless of the debate, Leinart showed today he still has the potential to have a long future in the league.
