By participating in the forums on https://sportscardclub.com (herein after referred to as "Sports Card Club", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by the terms set forth in this page. Violation of any of these terms may result in the removal of your permissions to participate in our discussions, or the removal of your access to our server(s).

These terms may be changed at any time without notice.

All messages express the views of their author and not necessarily the views of Sports Card Club. While we will attempt to remove any objectional material from the forums, it is impossible for us to check every post that is submitted to the forums. You agree that Sports Card Club cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, relevancy, or otherwise of any post made by members of our forums.

Account Guidelines

Multiple accounts from the same IP address are not allowed without prior approval from us. In the event that multiple accounts are found on the same IP both accounts will be merged and/or banned. In special cases where multiple accounts are allowed, both members will be held responsible for the activity of both accounts.

Posting Guidelines

All threads should be posted in the most relevant forum possible.

Do not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.

Do not post, or upload, any nude photos.

Do not submit posts containing only a link. If you are posting an article, for example, please also include a short summary of that article. The only exception to this rule is posts within the online sales forum.

Publicly posting of any personal information (including full name, phone number, address, etc), whether it be your own or another person's, is not allowed.

Thread "bumping" is allowed once in a 12 hour period, and only if your thread is no longer on the first page within its forum. Any post not giving an update to the original topic will be treated as a bump. Posting "PM sent" or "check your inbox" type messages will be considered as bumps.

Spam will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, posting of any affiliate links, posts containing only a link to your personal website, or posts promoting other related forums.

You are responsible for the content on pages that you link to. Any content within a page that you link to will be treated as if it were posted directly by you.

Do not post any copyrighted material, unless that copyright is owned by you or Sports Card Club.

All members can post contests and giveaways. However, members who host a contest and fail to send the winner(s) their prize package(s) could be banned.

We reserve the right to edit, move, or delete any post, with or without reason.

You are granting Sports Card Club with a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license to use, publish, and/or re-publish any of your forum posts as well as any images added into those posts.

Trading and Marketplace Guidelines

By participating in the trading and marketplace forums you understand, and agree, that Sports Card Club cannot be held responsible for any failed deals. Sports Card Club only serves as a means for you to find and deal with other members. You are responsible for making wise deals, and fulfilling your end of those deals.

We may attempt to help with failed deals, in any way we can, in order to help resolve disputes but cannot guarantee a successful outcome.

All collectors who do not complete their end of any deal may be permanently banned from Sports Card Club.

Group Break Guidelines

All Trading and Marketplace Guidelines apply to group breaks as well.

Only approved members of Sports Card Club may host a group break. To get approved, please contact us.

All breaks must be recorded, or done LIVE, so that all members have a chance to see the boxes being busted.

Do not ask to join a group break and then decide before it starts that you no longer wish to participate. If you say you're going to join the group break, stick to that commitment.

Please keep in mind that the nature of group breaks is that it is quite possible that all members involved may not get any "hits", or any cards at all. What you are purchasing, by entering the group break, is the opportunity to participate in the group and any cards that come with that opportunity.
