Hockey Thinking of buying a box of Artifacts...

From the 06-07 season.

From my local store it will be around $160 Canadian after taxes.

I know ordering it on the web would be cheaper but my father won't let me....

Is it worth $160? Plus the store owner said that one guy pulled a Jay Boumeester (spelling) 1/1 a week back.....

good idea i'd wait for series 2 then. if you don't think you can afford both artifacts and ud series 2 i'd just get ud series 2.

How Crappy, I wish i collected cards when series 1 first came out last year, would have gotten a Crosby RC much easier....(don't have one)

why don't you get Black diamond it's cheaper that Artifacts i believe and you can get a Malkin rc

get it dude you can't go wrong with black diaomond.Is your store just a local or is it like a franchise or corporation.I live in canada too and i know boxes can be expensive so black diamond may be up there where artifacts is.

i had pretty good luck with Artifacts nothing specatacular but it was alright

For anyone who lives in Canada, how much do your stores sell single packs of Black Diamond for? Because the guy who runs the store here, he would multiply the price of each pack times however many packs are in the box, then minus it by 15%. So i want to know how much the single packs are so i know how much a box would be.
