Pro Bowl Rosters

Housh made it and Chad didn't? :drunk:

Sick of all of the Pats and Colts on there tho.

T.J. is the only Bengal there. Carson, last year's MVP, isn't even there.

no jags at all

what the eff???? where the hell did they get these votes from?? cause most of the guys, minus the 11 cowboys, are not anyone i voted for in the 10 times i voted

I think it's 1/3 fans, 1/3 coaches, and 1/3 players. I'm sure someone will be along promptly to correct me though.

The Pats had about 3 pro bowlers a year even after winning back to back SBs. You can't name one of them that didn't deserve it. A case can be made for Welker too, considering he has over 1000 yards receiving and will have over 100 catches. And I only saw about 5 Colts who were all very deserving so you can't complain there.

....and at least know your own team dude, Housh has had a much better year than CJ.

None. Disturbing. Colston deserves to be there as much or more than anyone in the NFC crew. And Brees/Hasslebeck is a toss up for me. I can live with that one.

I'm surprised four Bears made it. I thought only two deserved to go, and they're both special teamers, Hester and Ayenbedejo. Definitely surprised that Tommie Harris is there despite his injuries.

TJ doesn't get double coverage, Chad does (not that I'm downplaying his talent but he is better because of Chad). Also just realized no Nick Barnett :ban:

11 Cowboys! :clap::dance::clap::dance:

I knew when they were announced there would be a good amount of Cowboys on there, but I didn't expect 11 of them.

The only one I'd have to disagree with is Marion Barber over Brian Westbrook. I hate the Eagles, but Brian Westbrook is basically the Eagles offense in himself this season. Barber had a great year, but splitting time with someone else should hurt more than it did.

But, as someone stated earlier, the fans only account for 33.33% of the votes, so he had to get plenty of votes from the players and coaches.

As with anything that is voted on, there will always be players that get snubbed, and players that got in and are a little questionable over others who didn't. But it's just like with the Heisman Trophy, team success has to be figured in a little, because the guys who play on the better teams are the ones who get noticed more. As unfair as that is, it's fact. Hence why Colt Brennan didn't win the Heisman this year even though in my opinion, he meant more to his team than Tebow. But that's a whole different story.

Voted for Jennings, Northcutt, Fred Taylor, Meester, Big John Henderson. None made it.

I'm just glad the Pro Bowl isn't popular, nobody cares about the actual game and 1/3rd of the players voted back out anyway, just because they don't care about the game either.
