I’ll pick option 3
Tough one this month, those are all great options. I'll vote for option 1 for the Tier One plus it seems like it's been a long time since we ripped Optic.

The Washington Nationals have opened up and are now available to any member already in the monthly break club who is interested for the next 24 hours. We will randomize if more than one member would like to add them. If nobody in the group is interested they will become available to all other SCC members.
