He gave me my first ever neutral feedback in 10+ years of dealing on eBay after he bought a card for me from $1.00 and was angry about his $3.00 shipping charge even though it was clearly stated on the BIN, and I ship in a padded envelope with dc. The kicker is he said he should have read the "fine print" on the listing. When anyone with half a brain could see it clearly.
