I spoke to Chris(shephech), and he told me that the two are brothers, and the address shown is their grandpa, and gramma, and have stuff sent there for some reason. They live in Sarnia, Ontario where I have relatives, so I can always look them up should they turn out bad. 
I told them that both are responsible for any issues, regardless of whether, or not the other was at fault. It's listed as a P/O box, so I always get leary in these cases. I chatted with him a bit. Seems okay.
