All have COA's except for the Bird/Magic...my grandma said the person she got it from said he lost it for that one. I am fine with it though...won't ever need it cause it will NEVER be FT/FS.

I have a question:

Can PSA authenticate things that are framed or do they have to take them out?

my guess is you would have to take them out and even if they do shipping on that would be high and the chances of the frame being damaged in shipping would be a chance I don't think I would take.
