WWYD? eBay edition...

Had a bidder use BIN. Only has 2 feedback (I specifically state that if you have less than 10 to contact me before bidding) AND paid with echeck. I also CLEARLY state that I do not accept echecks.

Would you cancel the transaction and relist?

not sure if you are covered by ebay on that one so if you did you likely eat fees, or you can kick back the echeck and see if they pay with real money

Decline the echeck perhaps?

I guess if it clears then you are ok. I wouldn't worry about feedback since most people keep them away in fears of a NPB, but they already paid ... sort of
