I have a vB license still. I just like that a lot of the things we used to do with add-ons (for SEO) is built-in with this software. It's also a lot easier on the server and loads quicker for the users. The average load time, according to Firebug, is about half what it was on vB.

Since it was either pay to upgrade vB, or go with something new, this is just what was chosen.
