permision to talk to brett is just to see if the jets would be a team of interest like any other team. also to see if he will alter his current 13 mil due this season. from what is coming from brett's camp he is just wanting to be released and hasn't & won't give the packers a list of teams. i am stuck on him being a vik opening night. the packers don't have 13 mil in cap room either. when he reports they will have to release him. he holds all the cards
