Vince Young: I will be in Hall of Fame

Vince Young has had a lot of ups and downs in his football career (mostly ups at Texas, mostly downs in Tennessee) but he's always remained one thing: a very talented athlete. So it's no surprise that when he sat down with Esquire: "I don't know when I'll start again. But I will be the next black quarterback to win a Super Bowl. And I will be in the Hall of Fame."

He always has been a few french fries short of a Happy Meal so I am not surprised to see him say stupid crap like this.

Remember when almost everyone was attacking houston for not taking him or Bush? Man, Houston is looking pretty smart these days.

Vince Young was never a great QB. He knew how to make plays, but his legs will only last so long. Once he loses his mobility, he is useless. Michael Vick is the same, but at least he could throw the ball decently. Young cannot.

He had his issues at Texas, but it all seemed to go away by beating USC. With that said, if he has a confidence and a swagger about himself now (again) then that is a good thing. A QB needs to have that confidence in himself in order to succeed
