It has been like 36 hours since I last voted. I'll try clearing my cookies...

Yup once a day they record your ip and put a cookie on your computer. I had to delete the cookie like tigsfan. Tried to delete the individual cookie again but no luck. There has to be a loop whole but the only way I can figure is to go through proxy servers. You would have to delete the cookie each time you voted then go to a new server, alot of work for 1 vote. I am sure some of those sites people are cheating with a bot of some sort.
