I would wait to see what this one ends at today before listing his. He wants to sell it, so I would think $5000 BIN is a tad high to list it at. If this one gets to $2000, I would do what you said with the BIN, and best offer, but set the BIN a little higher than this one currently ends at later today (maybe $2500- $3000). I would also make a note in my auction body stating that the last one currently sold for "X" amount.
