So when a buyer doesnt pay, they only refund the FVF when you open a complaint? Why dont they refund the listing fee as well? I think my listing fee was nearly 2 times my FVF. Thats stupid.

Think they don't refund the listing fee becuase you should be able to relist for free? Could be wrong its been awhile, but that how I remember it. I think?

Thats correct. I just tried relisting, and it said that I qualify for an insertion fee credit if my auction sells.

I think you're still stuck with any Gallery/Subtitle/Additional Picture fees if I'm not mistaken. I believe you just get the 20cent credit.
