Just got off the telephone with Upeer Deck Customer Service & learned a few things about the new Dealer Redemption Program.
1. It's still in the process of being set up, on thier end I guess.
2. The 45 day policy for redemption replacement is thru the Dealer Redemption route.
3. If you want the card your redeeming it's better to redeem it your self in your own account.
4. If you use the Dealer Redemption process you CAN"T track your card's process, it can be tracked thru the dealers account (Not sure if I was a dealer I'd want to answer where's my card calls all day).
