I understand there are rules to protect members. However, when paypal is involved, how does that work? Because some members made good points.

He pays, I dont ship, hes protected.
Where is the sense in the rules on that one? Im not saying he would rip me off, but there is flaw in protection on it. It lines up alot of potential scams just because the rules allow it to. I hope you guys keep that in mind when consulting. Because why not protect all parties involved instead of the person with a higher rating? Its senseless, and members have the upper hand by backing themselves with the rules. Well Im backing myself with paypal protection. Chargebacks are there for a reason, and at that point, all SCF rules should be set aside.
