Racing Laugh of the Day - NASCAR Style

The Sporting News has released a list of what they call "NASCAR's Toughest Drivers".

Drivers listed include: Dale Earnhardt Sr. (sorry, Dale Jr. DID NOT make the list), Yarborough, Darrell Waltrip, and Bobby Allison... just to name a few.

One name on the list that stood out was Ricky Rudd.

Highlights of his toughness included:

...withstood numerous injuries to make a record 789 consecutive starts... Rudd also was an old-school racer who backed down from no one, tangling with Earnhardt, Kevin Harvick and other drivers throughout his career.

Awww... yes... who can forget the time that Rudd and Harvick met on Pit Road after the race... Harvick charging towards Rudd... Harvick's Pick Crew pulling him back... Rudd's Pit Crew getting between Harvick, his Pit Crew and Rudd.

And Rudd, showing just how tough he is, throws a water bottle at Harvick.

Classic toughness at it's best!
