Goalie Jonathan Quick and defenseman Davis Drewiske have signed three-year contract extensions with the Los Angeles Kings, locking up two key contributors to their solid start.

ESPN.com's Pierre LeBrun reported Quick's deal is worth $1.8 million annually.

Quick has cemented his role as the Kings' top goalie by going 6-3 with a 3.01 goals-against average and a .893 save percentage. He has started nine of Los Angeles' first 10 games this fall after taking over the Kings' starting job midway through last season.

Drewiske leads the Kings with a plus-6 rating while scoring three points and blocking 15 shots in 10 games as a dependable performer on Los Angeles' blue line.

The Kings also recalled right wing Scott Parse from their Manchester AHL affiliate to fill in for Justin Williams, who has a lower-body injury.

Terms of Drewiske's deal were not available.
