Most know that Arenas is being accused of pointing a gun at his own teammate in the locker room. This is the reason Arenas was suspended recently. Stern wanted to wait until the investigation was closed to determine a punishment for Arenas, until this picture showed up. He suspended Gilbert not for bringing a gun into the arena and pointing it at his teammate, but because he was joking around about it. Please notice his teammates laughing at his five finger gun, including Andray Blatche who was shot in the arm in 2005 during a car jacking. Also, the NBA made Getty Images take this picture down because it tarnished the league, but realized that they would be tarnishing themselves by making them take it down. So they allowed them to post it again. Stern is a joke and should be ousted.
