Can Someone Look Up A Pop Report For A Graded Card?

Just curious, I'd greatly appreciate the help.

the card in question is a PSA 10 2005 Ultimate Timmy Chang RC 7/239. Again, I'd greatly appreciate the help, or if someone could point me in the direction of obtaining the information. Sorry to be a bother and thanks for looking.

Seriously, here is a BGS population report (yeah, I know, not what you are looking for) but it does not appear to be a sensitive set:

I need to know the number on the card.

Only thing I am seeing for Ultimate is #251. with 1 PSA 9 as the only one graded.

I need the exact specifics of the card. Serial Number does not help.

oh sorry about that. yes the number on the back is 251...that is strange. is there any period of time before it shows up on the pop report? here is a scan of the card i won
