RomoCollector told me that twinsfan saw a card in BallenNM's bucket. The card had a JandL label on it, which gets me suspicious.

IP addresses - no match
BallenNM's Bucket - N/A (hmmm)

other ideas to catch him in the act?

tigs - try to strike up a trade with him......just to see his bucket. Just send him a PM asking him what he collects, and "pretend" you have something for him......after looking in his bucket (and collecting evidence, if there is any) just tell him that you didn't see anything for you.
