The Member of The Year award can be given to any member of TCZ. It is recommended to nominate members who have been very active throughout 2013 and have remained mostly positive in all of their dealings on the site.

I'd like to make the first nomination in this category in favor of @franklinguy52. He's been, in my opinion, the most consistent positive influence on the site all year. Any of you who are simply familiar with the Pay it Forward thread will likely know exactly why I felt he should be the first nomination into this category. He's, by a long shot, one of the most generous members I've ever come across, on any forums.
