Thanks for highlighting these rookies ty4orce! I am always interested in seeing who is the next up and coming talent. I like following along and seeing where their careers are going.
I haven't been to Pittsburgh in ages. I think you should venture out there and check it out for the holidays. Just stay warm! I heard the cold was coming!
Those sponsors are probably just wincing the entire time. Can you imagine losing that type of sponsorship? Being on top sure makes people think they are invincible. Glad to see some justice was served.
I like going to shows just to network and see what everyone is selling. I don't think I am people friendly enough for selling. Are their andy sportscard shops near you? I would try to sell to a shop if I were you.
I am looking to swap for some old Roberto Clemente cards (my boyfriend's favorite player and he loves older cards from the 50s). I am also looking for MLB showdown cards.
Will check out your bucket Moosider2. I saw that you said you were from Palmdale in your profile. Palmdale in CA? I have some family out that way and in Lancaster.
Whoa. It just keeps going and going. This is such a massive collection. I am surprised you even had the time to scan all of your cards. Great collection, man.
My boyfriend loves Clemente. I just bought him some Topps cards for his birthday in September. His love for Clemente is astounding. He loves how he was a humanitarian in addition to being a great ball player.
I buy Topps cards just because they are the first baseball cards I bought and collected. My boyfriend also collected a lot of Topps cards so that's what I would look for when buying online and it just stuck.
Oh, yeah! And it doesn't just stop at cards. I collect keychains, t-shirts stickers and any other memorabilia I can get from BU. I have a BU hockey hat, sweaters and hoodies now I just need to get some new t-shirts because mine are all worn out.
Hey there cardcorc! You have a pretty nice collection there. Thanks for sharing your photobucket album. What are you looking for? What are you willing to trade/sell?
There weren't too many high points for me this season, but it was still fun to watch. I think my favorite part of it is watching with my best buds and making memories.
That's awful to hear. This might have to be his last year. My aunt got MS this year and it was so hard just to move her hand left because of muscle stiffness. She was diagnosed last fall. I just hope he plays it safe.
My favorite team has to be Boston University. I have seen them win the Beanpot a handful of times. It also doesn't hurt that I went to BU and so naturally they're my number one team. Don't get me started on BC!
