Depends on how many were drafting. If there were 30 teams, I say you did ok.LOL All honesty I hope it isnt a money league. What pick did u have??
And was this that keeper league u done. Just my 2 cents worth. GL to u and THAT team. Later bro

I picked 14 out of 14 and Williams was the best RB on the board when I picked again in the 3rd round:ban:......grabbed Brees and Harrison back to back

I agree about the rb's being a little weak, but the rest of that team is not bad at all.

And Philly's D is going to be very strong this year.

yeah i have never done a 14 team league but you probably should have gone rb with at least one of your first two picks
with the last pick i would never have the balls to go with a qb
its gonna be tough to compete with those rbs

Leon Washington.....1 player bench:ban:.....I am worried about my RB situation....but I hope Lendale White blows up....for my team and my collection:D

C'mon, everyone knows you take a RB first, they get the most points. And then you passed in the 2nd round on one? Not good man, but good luck!:salut:

I think it shoulda been RB first round, QB second round, than wait on a WR. Harrison is a great fantasy player, but no RB. Plus, I'm sure there would be plenty more WRs for you to take in the 3rd round (Like Roy, for example)

should have taken a running back at 14

1. Tomlinson
2. S-Jack
3. Gore
4. LJ
5. Westy
6. Shaun Alexander
7. Willie Parker
8 Addai
9 Reggie Bush
10. Rudi Johnson
11.Thomas Jones
12. Ronnie Brown
13. Willis McGahee
14. Clinton Portis
15. Cedric Benson
16. Travis Henry
17. Edgerrin James
18. Maurice Jones-Drew
19. Deuce McAllister
20. Adrian Peterson
21. Brandon Jacobs
22. Laurence Maroney

all of these I would have taken before homeboy.

Not really....in my league, QBs get 4 points per TD, RBs get 6. However, with the current league scoring settings, 15 of the top 20 point getters from last year were QBs. However, this means that having a high producing RB is harder to come by and that's why you want to pick a good RB first, not because they score more points. Obviously some leagues will differ, but this has been the case in virtually every FF leage I've been in.

Most points isn't what you are looking at in the draft. It's value vs. others at that position and the other positions.

Harrison will get 1300 yards and 13 TDs this year, so at 15 that was the right move. None of the RBs available would exceed that, and the WR you picked up in the next round definitely wouldn't have come close. Where you went wrong was taking Brees. You could have picked up a QB close to Brees in the next round, McNabb/Rivers/Bulger, and had one of those RBs like Maroney/McGahee/Benson who is assured of starting.

Either way, you may be ok, if LenDale and DeAngelo wind up starting. But right now, both are being outplayed, by Chris Brown and DeShaun Foster, and LenDale is hurt. You should have at least made sure you drafted one of those guys for your bench to ensure at least one RB starter.

But I wouldn't go so far as to say your team stinks. You have very strong WRs to compensate for your weaker RBs. In a 14-team league, that can help alot. You might get 22 TDs out of your WRs, and 12 out of your RBs, while the others get 20 out of their RBs and 15 out of their WRs. It doesn't matter where the points come from, and you'll score your share with that team.
