They have this account on eBay called "The Topps Vault" or something like that. I won three separate auctions to make sure I got "the set" (according to their rep). In a parallel, of sorts, Topps also sells similar things from their online store.
On a side note, I've seen copies of these, as well. Not of this specific set, but other random cards. What people do is get white cardstock and, using photoshop, isolate the color bands and print them. The problem with this method is you end up with banding (stripes) or spotting (dots) where the color overlapped with colors that get isolated. Personally, I'd avoid any that don't either have the stickers on the back or are in BGS slabs.
