member has violated any eBay policies.

use their images. It's also possible that the members acquired the photo
from the same source or a source that we can't verify. If this is the
case, eBay can't remove the listings.
We will be able to take action only if the person who owns the image or
text writes to us directly. If you feel strongly about this issue, I
recommend that you contact the seller, informing him or her about your
concerns and recommending that he or she contact eBay. Once we hear from
the seller, we will then take the appropriate action.

Message: cowboysnumber1 is using 'stolen' images in his listing, i
called him out on it after realizing my mistake for purchasing without
investigating...in item 120281007346 there are at least 5 stolen images,
those images come from items 230267080109, 290243931648, 170235596374,
150266915683, and 170235524335. Seller has been smug about not stealing
the images saying i have no idea what i am talking about, that i cant be
unhappy by just getting assorted junk instead of one of the cards
listing, it is OBVIOUS that he does not have the cards portrayed in his
images, and im sure if i spent more time i could find the original
images of all images used in the listing...how do i know?...all images
have the EBAY logo in the corner of them, and for this type of listing,
hosted images would not have a logo...
seller also purchased an item from my store, which is definately an
attempt to file a claim or leave a negative on me...i have already
refunded the money to him, as i want nothing to do with him or his
transaction, and i believe he is a liability to ebay and paypal,
definately not an assett.
i can only hope that you take the time to fully review the sellers
actions, as well as the messages sent to me from him, and suspend the
member...if needed i can contact the originators of the images to file
complaints as well, but i dont feel that should be necessary, when it is
quite clear the seller is a fraud.
