When can a dispute be filed?

I have 4 disputes 1 with a posted date of 1/12/2011 and 3 with a posted date of 1/14/2011. I always felt that a trade needed at least 2 weeks before it should be disputed. Am I wrong?

depends on what the terms of the deal was..

2 days is a bit short I agree.

If the seller doesn't get paid and is ignored after the deal is confirmed, I think 3-5 days..

yea I think those are just looking to get canceled... no real reason to dispuite a trade in 1-2 days LOL
