Whats up with paypal USPS shipping?

I have been unable to ship since last Friday. It says they are unable to access USPS and paypal shipping is not working, or whatever. anyone else having this problem, or am I being picked on :doh:

I just tried again, and here is the last message I received:

"We are currently unable to connect to United States Postal Service (USPS). No label was generated and the funds for this transaction will be credited to your PayPal account within 24 hours. Please try again later.

PayPal Shipping is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience."
