Hockey Upper Deck Redemption Problem

okay....it's a Hockey Redemption...but still..!!!

I went to the site and put in the CORRECT code (note, this is from my pull, so the code was NOT scratched off prior to me getting it).

Upper Deck keeps saying it's not a valid code.

Exp Date: 3/30/2013

Some guy named Jacob Markstrom, Autographed Future Watch #/999

Short of calling Upper Deck, and having someone tell me I do not have a valid code, any other suggestions?

Help! Never had this problem with Panini!

after several attempts..then taking a break for dinner (or supper, whichever part of the country you are from)...and it worked!

I've had that happen before, and it was merely just interpretting the letters, and numbers wrong. For example, the zeros could be the letter O, or visa versa, or ones can be capital I's etc. Capital T's may be J's etc. They are really hard to see on some of these redemptions. Try changing those, if you have any, and see what happens.

I edited my last response...I didn't have to change anything...just walked away from the computer for a few...and WHAM! it worked!
