I thought he was gonna be a good back up when they got him this off season. Wasn't he gonna be the starter over Flacco til he got hurt. How quickly things change

PITTSBURGH (AP) The Pittsburgh Steelers have released veteran quarterback Troy Smith, a former Ohio State star who won the 2006 Heisman Trophy.​
