Basketball Redemption Question, What to Do?

I have this redemption still pending since 02/2009

BJ ARMSTRONG/ BILL CARTWRIGHT/ STEVE KERR
2008-09 SP AUTHENTIC BASKETBALL SIGN OF THE TIMES TRIOS #ED TO 10 CD

I just have the feeling they won't issue the card, and I will probably get some crappy card as a replacement.

I'm just not sure if I should keep waiting or not
