Ovy had to cancel the Friday date, because the city of Wahington is honoring him for his accomplishments this past season with a key to the city, and it is gonna be AO day on Friday the 13th in Washington. Check the website. It was either that, or cancel the signing. I have the night off work.

I met Brooks a few years back on Fort Carson military base, he was doing a promotional signing and I was the only one there. Talked with him for 15 minutes and he signed my Hall of Fame legends poster from the All Star Game at Coors Field. He also signed my history of baseball book that was given to me in 1981 when my grand father past. Very cool player.
