Rare Brock Purdy Chronicles Prestige Rookie

Was talking to a guy at the mid-atlantic card show. he showed me a photo of his collection...70 base, 15 pink, 5 brone, 15 #149, and some blues and purples. He explained that it was one of the only cards available before he started, there was a small print, and the psa10 numbers supported the arugment it was a low run #.

I grabbed a few. Can anyone opine on this? Should I buy more?

Is this the Purdy cad you’re referring to? If so, the #/149s are doing ok on eBay with an average sold price of $25-30. All in all, Chronicles is considered one of the lower end products, so buying a big lot or quantity I would have to be getting a really solid deal overall. Grabbing a couple for yourself just to hold though, they are definitely among the most affordable of his RC cards in general.
