Problem with paypal.....

I have a buyer file a claim against me b/c his card "didn't show up." It was my fault for not using DC but the post office I went too was run by rednecks and they didn't even know how to use their own system that day. Can paypal take money from any of your back up funding sources? How do they go about recouping funds? Also...he didn't pay for the extra insurance..

If you had funds in your account they will take it from you. But they CANNOT take money from your bank account or charge your credit card. If you didn't have money in your account, it will sit in the negative until you pay it back.
