Patrick Roy hand painted one of a kind!

Okay so I bought a box of 2011 parkhurst champions and I pulled out a one of a kind Patrick Roy "masterpiece" hand painted and the back is signed by the artist, I have been searching and searching and there's nothing has anyone seen anything like this before?

yes...coming up on one year cancer free.

Congrats keep it up, I'm 25 at 21 I had my large bowel removed and a colostomy put on, my mom fought pancreatic cancer from 2008 until march 15th of this year too, on a side note I'm working on posting the picture
