Panini redemption error - No problem

Going to miss these guys doing Hockey cards. I received a redemption a couple of weeks ago that was supposed to be a 13/14 Drew Shore Peerless Patches auto x/50. What I received was a Drew Shore autographed Patch card /99. I went to their site filled out a description of what happened. In short order a CS rep got back to me & asked that I send the card back & he would see that I got the correct card. It arrived today & I'm a happy camper. Beautiful card with an awesome patch. Looks like the bottom of the shoulder patch with a small section of the hockey stick & the sun rays.

Jason - 2014 Score FB was first product with Reward Points and as far as I know, no redemptions have been in products since. Assuming this was from an earlier product

Hockey never changed to the point system since it was going down.
