PANINI OFFERS A BOUNTY OF NFL TRADING CARDS IN EXCHANGE FOR RARE MANNING - BREES PRO BOWL MATERIALS CARD #44 OF 100

Lucky Collector Who Uncovers the Card before the Kick-Off of Super Bowl XLIV to Receive a Box of Every 2010 Panini NFL Trading Card Product

ARLINGTON, TX. - JAN. 27, 2010 - Panini, a leading manufacturer of licensed collectibles, is offering the collector who uncovers the NFL 2009 Limited Pro Bowl Combo Materials card featuring Super Bowl quarterbacks Peyton Manning and Drew Brees (sequentially numbered #44 of 100), the chance to trade the card in for one box of every Panini NFL trading card released in 2010 and an exclusive Manning-Brees card sequentially numbered #1-of-1. Based upon the current production schedule, the collector will receive 10-15 products with a retail value of more than $1500.

Panini, offers collectors the chance to uncover hundreds of different cards featuring top players, authentic player autographs and even swatches of actual jerseys worn by NFL players. One of these cards issued this season featured both Manning and Brees and a swatch of both players' jerseys. The card, a part of the Pro Bowl Combo Materials insert set in Panini's 2009 Limited NFL brand, was released in October. The card has a limited print run of just 100 sequentially numbered cards.

To swap the #44 of 100 NFL Limited 2009 Pro Bowl Combo Materials Manning-Brees card, collectors should email a scan of the back of the card with the 44 of 100 sequential numbering visible to [email protected]. Please put "Manning-Brees Redemption" in the subject line of the email. The offer is open until the opening kick-off of Super Bowl XLIV, on Sunday, February 7 @ 6:28 pm ET. Once the card scan is approved, the collector will be provided with instructions to mail the card to Panini to exchange it for their prize.

"Even though Limited was one of our most popular NFL releases this season, there is a good chance that this card is waiting to be opened in a pack on the shelf of a hobby store somewhere in America," said Scott Prusha, Marketing Manager for Panini. "We look forward to rewarding the lucky collector who finds this card and encourage all NFL card collectors to look through their collections to see if they have this unique card."
