Damn. Sharks have some real work to do now. Niemi played a great game in net for the Hawks.

After the first period, the Sharks looked really flat. They missed some great opportunities.

They always seem to run into a hot goalies (see: Anderson, round 1).

Still plenty of time to bounce back.

Since the first period of Game 1, the Sharks have played uninspired, lackluster hockey. This is nothing like the team that came back against the Avs and whipped the Red Wings.
