Who do you think it is?

My vote goes to Rich Brooks. He completely turned around a piss poor Oregon program when he was there, and now he is breathing life into Kentucky who is silently becoming a pretty decent football team under him. In case you have not checked lately, Kentucky is a basketball school with very little tradition in a state with very little football talent. Additionally, that football talent when it's there generally heads out of state.

Also there's Gary Patterson at TCU. Smaller conference obviously, but his teams will pummel you into oblivion. Awesome defensive mind, but doesn't have the fire power on offense he needs to consistently hang with the top teams. Why he is still at TCU is a baffling mystery to me.
