Baseball MLB Trying To Suspend AROID Under CBA

tampering with the investigation.. just as an example.. so what if he didn't fail a test? quite a few of those that accepted the suspension today DID NOT fail a test. There's a long paper trail that shows their involvement.

A-Roid should say thank you and be happy that they didn't do the "ban for life".

So what if he didn't fail a test?.....How is that not important if you fail a drug test or not?

Those few that accepted the suspension were suspended for alot less time than A Rod has been, how is that fair? A player should only be suspended if he fails a drug test, and he did not fail a drug test. Suspending a player for not failing a drug test 4 times the amount of a player that does fail a drug test makes 0 sense at all. Your probably only saying what your saying because you probably don't like the Yankees.

has nothing to do with not liking the Yankees... and has everything to do with a guy that lies about the use of PEDs and his involvement with trying to hinder the investigation.

Rodriguez's discipline, MLB said in its written announcement, is based on his use and possession of numerous forms of prohibited performance-enhancing substances, including testosterone and human growth hormone, over the course of multiple years. Rodriguez's discipline under the basic agreement is for attempting to cover up his violations of the program by engaging in a course of conduct intended to "obstruct and frustrate" the investigation.

In a previous reply you posted:

If I was ARod I would definitly accept the plea deal, the MLB has enough evidence on him ...

So, even you have to admit... he's in big trouble.
