I have this misprinted 1$ bill that my mother in law passed down & was curious if these are valuable, if so I wanted to put it in the safe deposit box, if not I thought about putting it in a frame & on the wall in my office.

If you don't know, that's known as an offset print. The printing plate transferred ink to the roller instead of a sheet, then the next 4 or 5 sheets pick it up. SV depends on the condition of the note and how much ink transfer there is. Value can be from a couple bucks to around 100.
