jags collier? anyone else see they made an arrest?

last night during a haze of meds, i ended up watching cnn to fall asleep. i remember reading the bottom of the screen and seeing they did make an arrest and it was someone seeking "revenge" but i can't find anything on cnn or nfl.com or the jags website.

can anyone help?
