I thought all sellers had to take PayPal on eBay

Yeah....I was under the impression that every transaction on eBay was supposed to be paid with PayPal. But apparently this is not the case....I tried to pay for something just now and the seller does not accept PayPal :doh: Did eBay change this while I wasn't looking or something?

im not sure if they changed the rules or not but i hate when they dont use paypal!

there is some PROPAY or something through google...guy with a boller had it, i asked if he could tell me what it was and he just said 'online payment' :scratch:
