Hi everyone!

I’m from Switzerland (anybody else? ) and was a passionate collector and trader of NBA cards when I was a child (like 9-13)… Recently I’ve rediscovered the hobby, looking mainly for older cards for nostalgic reasons, and ran into one big problem:

I’m desperately looking for an unopened 98-99 Fleer Tradition NBA hobby box. Now, there’s only one place in the internet where I could still find one (Baseballcardshop), but that’s in the US and they won’t ship to Switzerland!

That’s why I’m asking here: Could one of you guys order this box, and send it to me? I would naturally pay the item + shipping cost to your home + additional shipping cost to Switzerland, AND an additional $20 for your time and help. (would pay via paypal, and in advance if you like).

Or if you know where I could get such a Box elsewhere, that would be great too.

Anyone willing to help me? Thanx a lot!!

Firstly welcome to the forum & back to collecting.
I live in australia so they probably won't ship to me either.
Maybe one of the US members can help,Good luck.LMK if you need any help on the site.
You may be able to get the cards you need buy trading/buying for them here,You can do this by making a list of what you are after & posting in the basketball trading/want thread.Might be a cheaper way of finishing your sets ?.

Alternatively, you could click on one of our sponsors' link and see if they might have the boxes you are after?

If all fails, just make a thread here asking for that specific box and I am sure our 5000 PLUS members will help you out

I have a similar story to you mate.
I colelcted in the 1990s then gave the hobby away only to come back into it a few years ago
I would love to see what you have to trade.

Hello you guys & thanks for the tipps. I only have a few cards of the series already, so trading/buying singles would not be the best thing to do. More importantly, I miss the feeling of opening some packs!!

If the sponsors is the links on the right side of the newspage, I didn't find the box there either... I sent a PM to Bhelser1981, would be too great if he had such a Box for me.

@Hands, sorry but I guess I don't have anything to trade ATM: the cards I have are all connected with some sort of childhood memories. Also, I guess there aren't many valuable cards worthy of an international trade, as it's just pulls out of 2-3 boxes, some packs and trades with my buddies from that time. But as I'm getting back to collecting, hopefully that will change and I'll have something to trade soon!

Yeah, the Baseballcardshop really ONLY ships to the US. So, is there any US member who could help me? lease:

I still need someone from the US to help me. I forgot to mention why I can't just let a shipping service do this for me: baseballcards.net writes "We can not and will not ship to addresses that's sole purpose is to forward mail to another address." That's why I need a private person to order the Box and send it to me. Remember, I'd pay all the cost in advance and an additional $20.
