Help IDing a card.

It's ebay item 250498912701; sorry, I can't copy the URL with my phone.
Looks different from all I have so far. Seller says it isn't serialed. Design looks like a parallel to the hobby release (not rookies and stars longevity). Doesn't seem to fit anything on the bible's checklist.
Any insight is appreciated. Thanks.

It looks like the #/99 holo-silver, but no number?

You're certain it's not the base card? Could be a production error.

The base hobby doesn't have the "longevity" wording in the background and the retail release has the word "longevity" below the R&S logo.
