seller still claiming to own those cards, asked to send me a scan of the front and back of the tony romo without the ebay logo that isnt serial numbered 9/9, havent heard back yet...claims none of the cards are 1/1s so multiples can exist...only screw up was the aaron rodgers sweet spot, only one that has a serial number that is easily read

no clue...but looks like where you could send a complaint to...now buyers are blocked so you cant contact them...

got the run around from some dbag on live help this morning says that they wont open an investigation since i dont own the images that were stolen :roll: but they have been forwarded to specific departments or something, went ahead and filed with the BBB, usually when they get involved things start happening...the ebay guy said to 'give them (ebay) time' they have had 72+ hours and nothing has been done, usually once the BBB starts poking around within 48 hours something happens...in my complaint i listed all the information i have, hopefully ill hear back this afternoon from them...

seriously how difficult is it for these people to look into this? not like they have to go looking for the original images, i gave them that...

You might have done this but I haven't seen it, but have you contacted the sellers of the other auctions to let them know about what happened? Then maybe that way at least some of them would try to do something.

yes, took 3 days to accomplish because ebay only lets you contact 5 members per day when they dont have active listings only heard back from 2 of those, 1 of which said they reported it...just contacted him again with the new listing requesting him to file a report for stolen property...hopefully something gets done
