Grading Question

Bench Warmer
I've never submitted a card for grading, but I am really thinking about submitting my Matt Forte SPA auto, pic in sig, and was wondering what the steps are. I heard it's beter to send in a large group than just a single. Any info would be helpful.

I have sent graded cards in by bgs before including my AP SPA just like your Forte. It doesnt matter if you send them in large or just a single card. SPA are very tough to grade as well, since they are on card autos and 130pt thickness. Im in the main chat now, so if you have any other questions its easier through chat

The only reason that it is better to send in a large group of cards is because of the cost savings.

If you have any more questions, just ask Whanlon.

Exactly, I usually try to send at least 10 when grading. Anyone have one of those $10 off coupons for him?? I had a few but they all expired

If you want a gem mint BGS 9.5...check the back out good on those. Most of them will have some chipping on the back of the card in the colored area. Forte should have a blue or orange area...check the edges real good before wasting your money.

I cracked a case and none of them are worthy of grading because of this particular flaw in manufacturing.
