not like anyone didnt already know, but how can you not give out suspensions PRIOR to the draft?

pretty sure if say your LB is going to be suspended 8+ games, maybe, just maybe, you would change up your draft just a bit...not saying you are going to go from drafting a different position to fill a spot where you are going to be missing your guy, but DEFINATELY following the draft, if you are going to lose 3 LBs you might be signing a bunch that didnt get drafted...in addition Free Agency is going to heat up, as holes you didnt fill in the draft will need to get filled...

if i were the owner of a team that had a Saints player that will end up getting suspended 2+ games id be appealing that crap and calling Goodall's position into question, because Goodall is significantly hurting the team...

i can handle having a guy lose a game, or getting fined, but you take a player away and dont allow me to plan properly, things are going to get nasty...

FYI... the whole "unnamed source behind this BS 2002 Loomis listening device" thing is a smokescreen to stall the media away from the lawsuits versus the NFL and away from the fact the NFLPA and the players union are busting the NFL's balls for not actually having anything concrete enough to get the players in actual court. Thus, this puts the media spotlight back on the integrity compromised Saints and allows the NFL a settlement out when they end up likely only suspending Vilma and no other players in exchange for dropping this bogus report.

Considering the NFL controls the technology and system surrounding the coach to player one-way communication and not the home stadium/team, and the system is wireless, how exactly could Loomis have "wired" it to his suite?

What ridiculous garbage. Terribly sorry the league is going to lose a ton of money to a law suit. New Orleans is happy to keep the media off you though.
