I bought my son a blaster box of Turkey Red at Wal-Mart, he got a Rivers, suede numbered 1/1, I was reading in an old beckett that suede's were hobby only, is a blaster box considered Hobby?

I thought that in Turkey Red the Wood parallels were 1/1, and the suedes were /3.

Is it an auto or cabinet card, or just a regular card?

No auto, it's a regular card, and it's a suede #1/1.

Do you have a picture/scan sounds like maybe they made a mistake in packaging? one mans mess up is another mans gain

Actually canes, I do have a scanner, I just purchased an all in one for my son's new pc, I'll see if I cant figure out how to use it.
